Fees:
- Service fee: $120 to come to you, diagnose your issue, and discuss the repair options. The service fee includes a free roof inspection, upon request.
- Mileage fee: No travel fee for local parks. A scaled travel fee may be charged beyond Crescent City area.
- Hourly rate: Please call for current hourly rate.
Warranty Work:
I sometimes work with your manufacturers’ and third-party warranty companies. Warranty companies, including most manufacturers, do not cover 100% of the costs, and clients may be responsible for travel fees, service fees, and some diagnostic time. Please note that at this time, we typically require payment for services to come from the you directly, and will provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to their warranty company for any eligible reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to work with your warranty company to determine what information is needed for reimbursement ahead of time, so that we can provide that information to you at the time of service.
